Stevenson University Online is proud to announce its partnership with Transitions Healthcare, LLC. This new agreement will provide Transitions employees a 20 percent tuition reduction for all undergraduate and graduate programs taken through Stevenson University Online. Areas of study include nursing and healthcare, community-based leadership, education, forensics, cybersecurity, legal studies, business, communication, and professional studies.
Transitions Healthcare, LLC manages certain operations of nursing home facilities, an assisted living facility, an adult day care facility, and continuing care communities in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Washington D.C. Transitions creates innovative programs that help people recover faster—and return to the hospital less often.They partner with local hospitals to address specific health problems—from cardiac and pulmonary conditions to UTIs and wound care. Their post-acute care programs provide greater continuation with the doctor’s treatment plan, including regular follow-up by specialists during rehabilitation. What’s more, they’re prepared to provide more help for the cases that need it most: complex medical situations that require treatment from many specialized perspectives.
