Public History major Stephanie Czeslowski has been invited to speak at this year's National Conference on Undergraduate Education (NCUR 2019). Taking place outside of Atlanta, in Kennesaw, Georgia, Czeslowski will speak about.

On February 13, 2019 a delegation from Stevenson University traveled to Maryland's capital in Annapolis. There, they met with their local legislators to talk about the state of higher education in Maryland.

Stevenson's Public History Program researched and curated the largest traveling exhibit in US history dedicated to the military contributions of African American men and women. Entitled: In Freedom's Name, the exhibit chronic.

Last fall, the public majors at Stevenson University were able to pioneer a new way of presenting history to the public: a Twitter mini-conference. Invited by the National Council on Public History to participate in the event.
