Full-time faculty members receive annual contracts for each of the first three years of employment based on outcomes related to the Faculty Evaluation System—including, but not limited to their annual performance appraisals, and the curricular and other needs of the University. On completion of the third annual contract, the faculty member will be issued a three-year contract, a one-year interim contract, or a notice of non-renewal.

Long-Term Employment Contracts for Full-Time Faculty
