The Stevenson University Department of Film and Moving Image is excited to announce the 8th annual SU Film Festival! This year the festival will be in the Soundstage on Owings Mills North, on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at 7pm.
Please submit films including but not limited to class projects to the Spring 2017 SU Film Festival. Full details and the submission form are attached. And remember the festival is open to all current SU students and not only students within the School of Design.
Any type of short film, created on various forms of media can be submitted into the competition. This includes films made on a mobile device (iPhone, Android, iPad, etc.), films made for Facebook or YouTube, Vine or Instagram videos, etc. You may contact Professor G.T. Keplinger at gkeplinger@stevenson.edu if you are uncertain whether your film qualifies.
Open to all current Stevenson University students, this festival showcases the film and video work of the entire community. Industry judges will be in attendance on the night of the festival, and Visa Gift Card prizes will be given to the top three films chosen by the judges, as well as the “People’s Choice Award” selected by the audience.
