Welcome back to the 2017 spring semester with the Fashion Design Department!!
We hope that everyone had wonderful holidays and an enjoyable break! We are thrilled to share some of our upcoming exciting events that the students, faculty, and staff will be participating in this spring.
On Monday, February 13th, ten Stevenson University Fashion Design students will be showcasing their designs in New York during the 2017 New York Fashion Week. The time and place of this exciting event will be announced soon! During the show, students will gain beneficial experience by working backstage with professional designers, models, make-up artists, and hair stylists. Additionally, they will also be included in the media hour where they will have the opportunity to meet members of the press and fashion buyers.
On Saturday, April 29th, we invite you to joins us as students showcase their designs in a spectacular runway show at Stevenson University’s Inscape Theater at 7:00pm. These collections will grace the runway at the 6th Annual Student Fashion Show, which will includeall Senior Collections, pieces from the “Rhythm and Style” collection, as well as the garments that strutted down the runway during New York Fashion Week!
