The Fashion and Merchandising Department would like to welcome our newest adjunct professor, Mr. Branson Kommalan!
Branson is a Fashion designer and Educator having worked these past 15 years in the New York market. He comes to us from the Fashion Institute of Technology where he has taught in the Fashion Design and Textile departments, with an emphasis on fashion computer programs. In addition to working for major apparel companies in NYC, Branson consulted directly with prestigious clients such as Ralph Lauren, Coach, and Billy Reid. Many of his designs have appeared on the runway during Fashion Week in NYC. He has worked in a variety of apparel capacities, including design, technical and development, all with the goal of building brands and launching new collections.
