The wonderful store, “A Fabric Place” located off of Falls Road carries an array of exquisite fabrics and notions. The prices might be a bit high, but the owners, Jonathan and Michael will give you a generous discount. Please mention that you are a SU student.
From the Owings Mills campus, you can take the Metro to Falls Road. If you need a ride from the Metro to the store, an employee of the company will come and pick you up and drive you to the store, and then back to the Metro after you have completed your purchases. If you need transportation from the Metro to the store, please give them a call beforehand, and arrange for this service.
