Biochemistry alum Karyn Yates (BS’19) has reached an important goal in her dream of becoming a physician’s assistant. Karyn has been accepted into the Post-Baccalaureate Pre-Health/Physician’s Assistant Program at Temple University. She has worked hard to prove herself, by accumulating volunteer hours, working as a medical assistant, studying and retaking the GRE and completing additional coursework. We are excited for Karyn’s next steps as she moves to Philadelphia later this summer to start her coursework. She has never given up on her dream, and continues to strive for her goals.
