Dr. Leeanne Bell McManus and professor Chip Rouse, of Stevenson’s department of Business Communication, recently attended the Eastern Communication Association convention in Providence, R.I., with four seniors in the major.

Dr. Bell McManus finished up her term as president of the organization, and was also awarded a Teaching Fellows award during the conference. The students — Paul Farrell, Quinn Luethy, Molly Myers and Mariah Williams — volunteered as ambassadors during the convention and also appeared on a panel with students from several other universities discussing their work with Lambda Pi Eta, the honor society of the National Communication Association.
