As Stevenson’s women’s volleyball team fell to Clarkson University in the first round of the NCAA women’s volleyball tournament this year, Coach Dave Trumbo asked seniors Emily Pellini and Mackensie Blevins to join him in the post-game press conference.
Pellini, a senior Business Communication major, was asked to sum up the year in her sport. She responded that she thought the team did everything they could this year and added that she hoped the seniors taught the rest of the team what leadership means. Ending the season with a record of 26-7, Pellini said she believes the group won’t lose a beat as they look to 2022. For the full post-game show, click here.
