The Advanced Event Planning class, under the direction of Business Communication professor Dr. Leeanne Bell McManus, collaborated with the Offices of Alumni Affairs and Athletics to host VillaFest, a spring fling event welcoming alumni, students, parents, staff, faculty and friends of the university. The weather cooperated, offering lots of sun and cool breezes, and all of the monies raised during the event were donated to the Cool Kids Campaign, under the management of CEO and SU alum Chris Federico.
Stevenson alums came back to visit, the beach volleyball team had a great tournament, and lots of good sports (including Dr. Bell McManus and student Steven Thomas –seen below) took their turn in the dunk tank.
