During the spring semester, math senior Travis Jennifer conducted research on black holes with SU astrophysicist Dr. Neal Miller. He studied an unusual class of objects that might represent a predicted but not conclusively demonstrated population of intermediate-sized black holes. Travis presented a poster of his research at the Spring School of the Sciences Poster Session. He is shown (left) in this picture of the Poster Session discussing his project with math faculty member, Dr. Mark Branson.
