Thirty sophomore and junior Intermediate Accounting students participated in the Third Annual Accounting Boot Camp. During the day, the students met partners from CPA firms, revisited their Excel and financial accounting skills, and completed an ethics case.
During the afternoon sessions, students critiqued “good” and “bad” interview skills and questioned recent graduates on work-life issues including managing the pressure of the CPA exam. The day ended with each student matched to a mentor for in-depth career and interviewing advice.
