Guidance for Students Currently on Campus
We are pretreating campus walkways and roads, and ask students currently on campus to move their vehicles to the North Campus MAC Parking lot by 5:00 p.m. today, Friday, Jan. 23 to allow space and access for snow removal operations on South Campus.
Students who are currently residing on campus and live in the nearby vicinity are strongly encouraged to consider returning home before the storm begins Saturday evening, as campus accessibility will be limited and campus facilities will be closed during the duration of the storm and snow removal operations.
Students who choose to remain on campus should prepare to shelter in place for the duration of the storm and its immediate aftermath. Residence Life will be communicating with you regarding shelter in place procedures via a separate communication.
For students remaining on campus and enrolled in a meal plan, Rockland Marketplace will serve meals starting Sunday and running through Tuesday on the following schedule: 9:30 AM- 1:30 PM for brunch, and 5-7:30 PM for dinner.

In the event you need assistance on campus, the Office of Campus Safety is staffed 24/7/365 and can be reached at 443-352-4500 or in the Ratcliffe Community Center on South Campus.
Always make safety your first priority. Roads throughout the region could be hazardous for several days as county and state road crews respond to the large snow volume. Extremely cold temperatures and high winds also present safety hazards if you are out and about.

We will share further information about exact move-in date and times as well as the start of Spring classes as the potential weather impact and campus conditions become clearer.
