A 2015 graduate of Stevenson University, I was very excited to come back as a Transfer Counselor. There is nothing that I would have changed about my experiences at Stevenson, and I love being able to share these experiences with students every day! Some of my favorite memories at SU are on the athletic field, playing field hockey, spending times with my lifelong friends, and building relationships with my professors and staff. When I am not on campus, you can find me still playing field hockey, walking with my husband and dog, and playing mini golf.
Dave has worked in many different arena in the business world. His experience includes management of national non-profit organization, working for the United States Department of State, and higher education administration. Dave served as General Manager for the Ed Block Courage Award Foundation in Baltimore, Maryland from 2005 – 2010. During that time he was the only full time employee of the foundation and oversaw the day to day operations of the organization. He coordinated all logistics for the foundation events and fund raising activities. He played an integral role in establishing a long term relationship with a local grocery store that provided the foundation with over $250k per year. In 2008 the foundation partnered with several local organizations in Baltimore to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Greatest Game Ever Played, the 1958 NFL Championship between the Baltimore Colts and the New York Giants. The event was able to raise over $100k. Dave and his wife Katie live in Eldersburg, MD with their dog Sheldon.
As a 2018 Stevenson Alumna, I am so excited to help future Mustangs find their new home on campus. The Stevenson Community offers so many opportunities to grow and explore your passions. Some of my favorite memories from SU are planning and enjoying a week full of Homecoming events, serving as the Student Government President, and playing on the Student VS Staff basketball game. In my free time, I often enjoy walking my two dogs, streaming the latest series on Netflix, finding a new restaurant to try, or having a game night with friends. Please contact me with any questions regarding the admissions process or Stevenson experience.
As a Maryland resident, I have always held a warm familiarity with Stevenson University. Now, as a member of the admissions team, I am proud to call Stevenson home, and I am excited to connect with you to bring you home, too! Please contact me with any questions about the admissions process or life on campus. In my free time, I like to spend time with my family/friends, go to the movies, and (sometimes) hit the gym. Go Mustangs!
