The 2017 Maryland Film Festival ran May 3-7 in downtown Baltimore, and we, as a screening-level sponsor, attended and met some of the filmmakers. Pictured, above, are Stevenson FMI students with Miao Wang (Maineland), at the top; Erik Ljung (The Blood Is at the Doorstep), in the middle; and Stanley Nelson (Tell Them We Are Rising), at the bottom.
It just so happens that the screening we sponsored was for one of those films, Tell Them We Are Rising, as per the above. We had a great time, and look forward to next year.
