Chemistry senior, Heather Drake, completed her Capstone Internship at Taylor Technologies in Sparks, Maryland, under the mentorship of Becki Shook and Janine Ladzinski, both SU Alumni (BS, CHEM ’10). Everyone was excited to see Becki and Janine when they visited for the Fall 2015 Poster Session. Heather enjoyed her internship at Taylor and reports she learned a lot about applying chemistry to real world problems and about working in industry. Heather is continuing to work at Taylor over the winter break and in the spring.
