Baltimore’s Helping Up Mission was the recipient of 150 pairs of socks courtesy of the Business Communication department’s service work, Socktober, this fall. Professors Chris Noya and Chip Rouse delivered the socks, purchased in partnership with Walmart, to Barry Burnett in Donor Relations and an assistant, James. Helping Up Mission serves over 500 men a day in the Baltimore area and the socks arrived just in time for the colder weather.
