BizComm alum Angela Harris (class of 2008) has recently moved to a new career that, according to her, is the perfect combination of all she studied as a business communication major while at Stevenson. She is working at the National Institutes of Health in the Oxford Cambridge Scholars program, “an accelerated, individualized doctoral training program for outstanding science students committed to biomedical research careers,” according to the NIH website.
Angela’s work will include professional writing, design, marketing, photography, event planning and production, public relations and loads of reliance on her interpersonal skills as well. “It’s everything I’ve always wanted to do combined into one position!” she said. Congratulations, Angela!
