Students from Dr. Matt Tucker’s BIO 113 lab sections created their own designs with colored (violet, purple, pink, blue) E. coli strains and bioluminescent bacteria while learning plating techniques. The plates shown above were the top entries from their sections and were awarded extra credit for their work.
