Last week, physics faculty member, Dr. David Drewer gave a seminar on the proposed revision of the International System of Units (SI) including the new proposed definition of the kilogram. It was an informative and well-received presentation!
We learned today that the new standard has been approved by the General Conference of the International Bureau of Weights.
