“Therapy Dogs” on Campus Serve as Relaxing, Fun Way to Alleviate Mid-Semester Stress

Stevenson University students enjoyed the company of more than a half dozen “therapy dogs” Wednesday afternoon in the Greenspring campus library.

Organized by Stevenson’s library staff, the activity was intended to provide students with a relaxing break from classes and studying and alleviate some of the routine stresses of a challenging semester.

The dogs were brought to campus by Pets on Wheels, a nonprofit volunteer organization which provides friendly visits from volunteers and their pets.

Therapy dogs on campus = the best way to knock out mid-semester stress.
