Offering degrees in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, and Middle School Education, Stevenson provides you with the knowledge, skills, and classroom experience essential to excel in an education-based career.

One key component of all three of our education degree programs is the emphasis on providing you with experiences in a variety of school environments early and often. As you advance through the major, you spend progressively more time acquiring classroom experience in your chosen field. University faculty, using their extensive teaching experiences, collaborate with school faculty to mentor you. Whether you choose to explore a career in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or Middle School Education, the School of Education prepares you to be a competent, caring and highly qualified educator.

On March 26-27, Stevenson University will host an initial accreditation visit by the Association for Advancing Quality in Educator Preparation (AAQEP). In preparation for the visit, the AAQEP Quality Review Team is soliciting public comment about the quality of educator preparation provided by Stevenson University.
