Inna Alesina’s Bread Zoo at MICA

On December 9^th at MICA, Inna Alesina spoke about her Bread Zoo and demonstrated how to make bread from scratch. The event took place during Interaction, Intersection, Action. Students and MICA visitors learned how to make the dough and took it home to bake. Bread Zoo’s goal is to build community through hands on experiences and design.
