Sean Patrick ’15, 8th Grade Social Studies teacher at East Middle School, was named one of eight finalists for Carroll County Teacher of the Year.
LaShae Felder ’17, 6th grade English/Language Arts and Social Studies teacher at North Bend Elementary/Middle School in Baltimore City Public Schools, has been recognized as Teacher of the Month for February 2026. LaShae hosted the district CEO and members of the Teaching and Learning team for a classroom visit, where she showcased her use of CourseMojo, a digital platform that helps track student progress and motivate learners through goal-setting and feedback.
Amanda Beacham ’06 was nominated for the Light of Carroll Basic Literacy Award and honored at a breakfast hosted by the Carroll County Public Library. Amanda is Program Director for Littlest Learners Child Development Center and adjunct instructor at Carroll Community College in both the Early Childhood Education and Business programs.
