Stevenson to Host Baltimore Orioles for “We Won’t Stop” Rally on Sept. 29

The Baltimore Orioles are the American League Eastern Division Champions for the first time since 1997 and heading to the playoffs. Stevenson University is proud to host the team for a “We Won’t Stop” rally on Monday, Sept. 29 from noon-1 p.m. outside of Mustang Stadium on the Owings Mills Campus.

The rally will feature appearances by Orioles Hall of Famer Scott McGregor and the Oriole Bird as well as an Orioles trivia contest. SU students, faculty, and staff also can enter to win two pairs of tickets to an Orioles American League Divisional Series playoff game. The first 100 in attendance will receive special postseason rally T-shirts.

The “We Won’t Stop” team will give away promotional items and fans will have the chance to win autographed memorabilia.

Members of the Stevenson University administration, faculty, staff, and athletics departments will be on hand to help celebrate the Orioles’ success and offer their support heading into the postseason. Stevenson students, alumni, friends, family and Orioles fans from across the area are invited to join the rally.
