Stevenson School of Graduate and Professional Studies Partners with Community College of Baltimore County on Associate to Bachelor’s Option for Nursing Students

Stevenson University has announced a new partnership with the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) to allow its students to begin courses toward a bachelor’s degree from Stevenson’s School of Graduate and Professional Studies while they are completing their associate degree in nursing at CCBC.
The relationship will provide the opportunity for aspiring nurses to expedite the process of securing their nursing degree and entering the workforce.
“Once these students graduate from CCBC and become licensed as registered nurses, they will only need to take four more courses at Stevenson to complete their bachelor’s degrees,” said Judith Feustle, Sc.D., RN, Associate Dean of Nursing in Stevenson’s School of Graduate and Professional Studies. “Associate to Bachelor’s is a great curriculum option for students and this partnership will increase the number of nurses with bachelor’s degrees who are going into the workforce.”
Stevenson’s flexible RN to BS option is fully accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) and is available in as many as six different eight-week sessions during the year.
