Congratulations to Annie Lerch and Izzy Ramsland for winning the 2018 Professional Development award! They traveled with faculty to Philadelphia to attend the annual National Organization for Human Services conference and pre.

The Human Service Club participated in the Out of The Darkness suicide prevention walk in October at the Inner Harbor. This annual event raises awareness of suicide and depression and raises money for needed research and prog.

The Human Service Club made corsages and boutonnieres for the senior prom for the residents at Brightview Assisted Living. In total, they made 30 boutonnieres and 70 corsages.

The Human Service Club, as well as the First Year Seminar students for Counseling & Human Services, worked together to create calming bottles during Mustangs Make a Difference Day. The bottles were donated to the Wellness Cen.

The Human Service Club set up a National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI) #IWillListen Booth in October, with the purpose to spread awareness of Mental Illness. They spoke with people about the effect and signs of mental ill.
