Construction of Stevenson University’s Philip A. Zaffere Library is underway with site grading for the new 42,000-square-facility. The Zaffere Library, slated to open in Fall 2023, is located on Owings Mills North, joining the Manning Academic Center and School of Design to create Stevenson’s academic hub. Owings Mills North will also be connected by a roadway to the new 117-acre Owings Mills East athletic and recreational campus extension.
