Stevenson University Online’s Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics is designed to provide working professionals with the foundational skills and knowledge they need to pursue a career in this critical field. Stevenson University is one of only 16 colleges and universities nationwide to be designated a National Center of Digital Forensics Academic Excellence (CDFAE) by the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) Cyber Crime Center (DC3).
Graduates of our Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics program receive CDFAE Digital Forensic Examiner and Digital Media Collector Certificates of Completion. These certificates demonstrate a graduate’s desirable and unique skill sets, and can be exchanged for DOD certification when employed with a federal employer or federal contractor.

- First-Time College Students – Submit an official high school transcript listing diploma. If applying with a GED, an official transcript must be submitted with a score of 145 or higher.
- Transfer Students with 15 college credits or more – Submit official college transcripts from all previous academic work. If there are fewer than 15 credits, submit an official high school transcript listing diploma. If applying with a GED, an official transcript must be submitted with a score of 145 or higher.
- A cumulative GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale in past academic work
Credit for Prior Learning
Through Stevenson University’s Credit for Prior Learning Program, undergraduate students are eligible to earn up to 30 credits for what they have learned through their previous work and life experiences. - Stevenson University will accept a maximum of 70 undergraduate transfer credits from a regionally accredited community college and 90 undergraduate credits from a regionally accredited four-year institution.
