Family and Medical Leave

The Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 (“FMLA”) gives eligible employees the right to take unpaid, job-protected leave for specified family and/or medical reasons, for a period of up to 12 work weeks in a 12-month period. Stevenson University follows the requirements of the Family Medical Leave Act.
