He is a graduate of Stevenson University and went on to earn his Ph.D. in Human Genetics from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2017.

Upon completing his Ph.D., Dr. Bramble was awarded a Fogarty Global Health Fellowship through the NIH to spend one year in the Democratic Republic of the Congo to help build the country’s genetic research capacity and better understand the immunological outcomes of Ebola Virus survivors.
