The annual Brain Bee competition came to a thunderous conclusion as local high school students battled over brains! The long anticipated prize, a seventy five dollar gift card, went to William, while the second place prize, a fifty dollar gift card, went to Uma. We would like to thank all high school students from Baltimore County who participated, the Psychology Club, and Dr. Ingrid K. Tulloch. See you next year!

Kicking off Eating Disorders Awareness Week, Active Minds hosted a table at the Greenspring Campus on body positivity, in which President Claire Moore visited. We would like to thank Dr. Iannone and the wonderful students of Active Minds for bringing such an important issue into the university lexicon!

The Stevenson University Psychology Club cordially invites you and your students to attend and participate in our annual Baltimore County Local Brain Bee competition on February 25, 2017 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Stevenson University. For the competition, students will be asked to demonstrate their neuroscience knowledge by answering question related to brain structure and function. This is a great opportunity for students interested in Psychology, Biology, Neurology, and Medicine to demonstrate their knowledge and grow in their respective fields. It is also a great experience to put on college applications. Come out and support the Psychology Club and host Dr. Ingrid K. Tulloch!

The Fall Student Showcase is just around the corner! On Wednesday, December 7th at the gymnasium on the Greenspring Campus, Stevenson psychology students will be showcasing their research and service learning. The showcase takes place from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Come out and support your friends on ushering in a full close to another semester!

From November 9th-12th, Stevenson students Rachel Clein, Erick Guzman, and Joseph Acqui alongside Dr. Ingrid Tulloch traveled to Tampa, Florida to present their outstanding research at the Annual Biomedical Research Conference for Minority Students. During the conference, both Rachel and Erick received awards for their outstanding presentation of their research!
