Finally, here are two photos of Jason Berman from his meet-and-greet the Friday afterwards with President Manning and FMI Chair Christopher Llewellyn Reed:
Students in Christopher Ernst's FMI303 class - "Lighting" - pictured above, and FMI101 class - "Cinema I: Storytelling" - pictured below, work hard every week to perfect their craft. They use equipment like the Blackmagic Cinema Camera and Kino Flo lights. It's always a good (and valuable) time.
Just in case you thought that all we had up our sleeve was the Fall 2015 Online Film Festival, here comes another contest: the Fall 2015 Screenplay Contest, to be exact. Any current Stevenson student may submit a script - up to 10 pages in length - for a movie they would like to see produced by the Spring 2016 FMI302 ("Narrative Production") course taught by FMI Assistant Professor Christopher Ernst. The prize? Having that class make your film, using our state-of-the art cameras and equipment. Scripts - in proper formats - are due as pdfs by 5pm on Monday, November 30. Send submissions to email@example.com. We will announce the winner on Friday, December 11.
