Faculty and students participated in SU’s Community Service Day. Various activities were arranged for SU students, faculty, and staff to make things that would benefit others in the greater community. Making flashcards for local elementary schools and designing pretty get well cards for those in the hospital were just two of the activities of the day. At this table, Biochemistry senior Chris Toth and Chemistry Department Chair Dr. Ellen Roskes were making feeders to donate to the Irvine Science Center for birds during the winter. Not only were the activities and comaraderie fun, but everyone was inspired by helping others.
