Student studyingConsidering taking an online summer session 2 class? The deadline to sign up is July 2, 2020. Classes for this second summer session begin July 6 and finish up August 30. The offerings available include a variety of possibilities -- here are just a few that might help any communication major progress toward graduation.

Emma Cathy Smith talks about musicRecent Business Communication graduate and rockstar Emma Cathy Smith recently participated in Stevenson's music department's farewell to their seniors, posted on Facebook. Here, EmC talks about the influence of music on her life as a student. As a member of the Greenspring Valley Orchestra, the Concert Band, the University Singers and the Marching Band, for which she served as the Drum Major in her senior year. Business Communication alum Annie McCoach (at right in the photo below) has graduated with her class of the Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service, a long-held dream of hers. Jacob Tatum, 2020 lacrosse MVP

Congratulations to Business Communication major and junior midfielder Jacob Tatum, who was named this year's Most Valuable Player on the men's lacrosse team. The Kingwood, Texas, native would have received his award at the annual Mustang Gala, but because of the COVID-19 crisis, the awards are being announced via gomustangsports.com. (Photo from gomustangsports.com)
