Senior Zuryna Smith (left) is interning with Johns Hopkins Medicine in Baltimore under the supervision of Yasmine Sursock-Khairi in the department of marketing and communications. Zuryna is holding some of the information about an upcoming conference John Hopkins is sponsoring, with a special focus on consumer engagement, “A Woman’s Journey.” She has been working on helping to make sure plans for the conference are complete and finalized, using her organizational skills as well as her attention to detail.
