Communication News
Senior communication major McKale Williams was recently the object of Stevenson University head basketball coach Gary Stewart's praise as the 2021-22 season began.
Though he will be sidelined for an injury, McKale was one of 10 Division III student athletes chosen by the National Association of Basketball Coaches to participate in national discussions about issues important to student athletes. Watch and listen to Stewart talk about the honor around 45 seconds into the video.
Congratulations, McKale!
Stevenson University communication professor Stephanie Verni is ready to release her latest novella, an homage to her favorite author, Charles Dickens. The story, "From Humbug to Humble," adds a finishing touch to Dickens' Christmas story. The Stevenson author tells the rest of the Ebeneezer Scrooge story -- how he managed to change for the better. Congratulations, Stephanie! The novella will be available in November.
