Outside a bookstoreCommunication professor Stephanie Verni has been using her writing talents to contribute to Maryland Road Trips - an online magazine that introduces travelers to unique travels and vistas around the state.

Stephanie's latest contribution is "The Road to Your Next Page Turner – 7 Independent Bookstores in Maryland," one of her particular favorite topics. In it, she explores the enticement of seven independent bookstores around the state. For bibliophiles and even casual readers, her work is a charming piece of investigation.
