The second meeting of The Communication Roundtable will take place this Friday, February 26, 2021, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. The club provides students the opportunity to discuss socio-cultural issues through a communication lens, develop leadership skills, pursue scholarship endeavors, and gain competencies in the practice of communication with diverse others. Comm student Ryan Kenny, a member of the men's ice hockey team, was named Middle Atlantic Conference Co-Player of the week. Ryan made a career-best 41 saves on 42 shots faced to lead the Mustangs to a 2-1 victory over Elmira in second 2021 start and his second win. Congratulations, Ryan, on your outstanding accomplishments!

Now that the Department of Communication Programs has added Communication Studies as a second major to its roster, the department is expanding extracurricular opportunities for our majors, minors, and interested persons from the general student body to come and apply their communication skills to real-world contexts and activities. The Communication Roundtable provides students with a space in which to discuss socio-cultural issues through a communication lens, develop leadership skills, pursue scholarship endeavors, and gain competencies in the practice of communication with diverse others.
