Congratulations to Business communication alum Shane Messick, who followed his dream to Hollywood and has been accepted in the 2017 class of employee pages at Paramount Pictures. Here he is in front of Paramount's Bronson Gate in his official page uniform. The page program seeks to offer hands-on experience for those who want to work in the entertainment business. According to Paramount's website, "the Page Program acts as a stepping stone into a multitude of careers on the business end of the entertainment industry. The primary responsibility of a Paramount Page for the first six months of the program is to serve as a brand ambassador and provide professional studio tours to paying guests as well as studio executives." Way to go, Shane!

At their annual kickoff banquet, Stevenson's men's lacrosse team, under the leadership of head coach Paul Cantabene, honored the years of service and support given to them by business communication assistant professor Christine Noya (in absentia). They prepared a lovely plaque for her that had been signed by all members of the team. Professor Noya was thrilled with the gift when she received it the following day.
