Senior Colby Giacubeno was invited by 105.7 "The Fan" radio hosts Scott Garceau and Jeremy Conn to chat with them live about his work interviewing NBA basketball players and his interest in all things basketball. The show airs from 2-6 p.m. weekdays, and they have invited Colby back to talk with them once the season gets under way. Congratulations, Colby! We know you're pursuing a sports writing career, and this is a great step forward!

Seniors Colby Giacubeno (left in the photo) and Mario Amaya are interning this semester under the able direction of assistant sports information director Samantha Murray in Stevenson's Office of Athletics. Colby's interest in basketball and writing are combining to offer him opportunities to write articles for the Stevenson athletics website, and Mario's passion for all things soccer has given him the chance to write, spot, and assist with statistics for Stevenson's two NCAA soccer teams. The two seniors are fortunate that they can combine their business communication skills with their love of sports. Here, they pose for a photo with their mentor in the SU press box.
