The department of Business Communication is happy to welcome three new adjunct faculty members for the fall term.

Jaye Matthews is the Executive Director of an NPO, the Stepping Stones Shelter, that services homeless families in Montgomery County, Md,, and is CEO of J. Matthews International, LLC, through which she consults in business innovation and strategy through digital marketing and public relations. Laura Davis comes to Stevenson with years of teaching experience and a MA in TESOL from George Washington University. Professor Davis' focus has been English as a second language and international students, and is on the faculty at Johns Hopkins University Center for Leadership Education. Dr. Omowale Elson is no stranger to Stevenson. He was the keynote speaker at the 2015 Lambda Pi Eta induction ceremony and will be teaching two sections of Introduction to Public Speaking on Mondays and Wednesdays. Dr. Elson is the vice-president for Business Development at Elson Consulting Group and has taught at the University of Maryland University College and Trinity Washington University.
