Applied Math senior, Katie Leftridge earned her second-straight conference weekly award of the season, with offensive honors in Volleyball. Katie totaled 32 kills (3.56 kps) and 25 digs (2.78 dps) while hitting .330 in a 3-0 week for the Mustangs. Way to go, Katie!

The Department is excited to announce that we will be offering our Spain Study Abroad trip in the spring semester. MATH 215, Math and Art, will study the interface of math and art and then travel to Spain during Spring Break and see examples of math applied in the beautiful architecture and art in Spain. Students loved the trip in Spring 2019.

The department is pleased to welcome our six new math freshmen (one not pictured) who are joining us this fall! The students are planning careers in actuarial science, teaching, business and various applications of math. We look forward to working with you over the next 4 years!
