Our summer research program concluded with a day of research talks as students presented their summer research projects to peers and Stevenson faculty and staff. It was a wonderful day and summer for all of the S3RP research students and their faculty mentors. Alayna Roesener presented research in a talk titled "Analyzing the Effects of the Recommendations from the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics on High School Mathematics." Joshua Lang presented research in a talk titled "Predictability and Information Entropy of Musical Compositions." Both students conducted research with Dr. Ben Wilson, math faculty member.
