As Director of the Service Scholars Program, Associate Professor of Marketing, and Lead Faculty in Fashion Merchandising, she teaches courses in consumer behavior, social entrepreneurship, service learning, retailing, and sourcing and logistics. In 2020, a sustainable business plan student project from Dr. Schiller’s Sourcing and Logistics course won first place in the Educator’s for Socially Responsible Apparel Practices poster competition at the International Textile and Apparel Association Annual Meeting. She also mentored senior students in her capstone class to present projects at the Popular Culture Association Annual Meeting and prepare two manuscripts for publication in academic journals.
