Excellence in Education: Stevenson’s Business and Accounting Programs Receive IACBE Accreditation

Stevenson University is pleased to announce that its Howard S. Brown School of Business and Leadership has received specialized accreditation for its business programs from the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE) located at 11960 Quivira Road in Overland Park, Kansas, USA. Accreditation by the IACBE is a means by which students, families, alumni, employers, and other institutional stakeholders can be assured that Stevenson’s business programs comply with high principles of excellence and follow best practices in business education.

“IACBE accreditation reflects a significant achievement for our business programs, and, most importantly, it supports the success of Stevenson’s students while advancing their careers and professional opportunities,” said Susan T. Gorman, Executive Vice President of Academic Affairs and Provost.

To receive accreditation, the Brown School of Business and Leadership’s academic programs demonstrated compliance with the IACBE Accreditation Principles through a rigorous process of self-evaluation and independent peer review as well as through its demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in business education. IACBE accreditation applies to the following Stevenson business programs:
