      2019 marks the 75th anniversary of American internment of Japanese and Japanese-Americans during WWII. Two years ago, the Trump administration issued Executive Order 13769, commonly known as the Muslim Ban. Times of Perception is a multimedia exhibition that reflects on the experience of Japanese Internment, the Muslim Ban and the treatment of Muslims after the War on Terror.

      Times of Perception will present works by artists Saks Afridi, Sobia Ahmad, Nancy Chikaraishi, Kei Ito, Wendy Maruyama, Azzah Sultan, Mary Tuma, and Qinza, which address our current political and social attitudes in the context of American treatment of populations perceived as “other.”

      If you are considering transferring to Stevenson University, we offer an information session designed to fit your unique needs. Transfer Tuesdays are special sessions offered once a week to potential transfer students and their families.

       

      Attend this informative session to learn about scholarship and grant programs, transfer of credits, admission requirements, and more. You'll also get a chance to tour both campuses and get a feel for what Stevenson is all about.

      Stevenson's largest career fair of the semester hosts a variety of employers seeking students for internships and full-time jobs. If you are a senior getting ready to graduate in December or May, the fall semester is the heaviest recruitment season and you will not want to miss this since offers of employment are being extended earlier every year. 

      Remember to research the companies prior to the event, make sure your resume is in excellent shape, and come dressed professionally ready to pitch your brand.

      Join us for Stevenson Day at Boordy Vineyards on Saturday, October 5 from 12-5 p.m.!

      Stevenson University Band Day Experience Time: 1:00pm - 4:00pm Locations: Mustang Athletic Fields - Owings Mills Campus Details: The annual band day experience invites more than 400 local high school students to participate in the NCAA football game day experience.  The culmination of the event is a halftime performance with the Stevenson University Marching Band.
