Students and faculty of Stevenson University’s The Mill are teaming up with members of the Stitching Maryland (MD) Together Movement to host a fashion event titled “Expedition I” on May 4, 2019, at Rams Head Live! in Baltimore, Maryland. The movement and show has been generously sponsored by PNC Bank and Stevenson University’s Fashion Design & Merchandising department, and has been enthusiastically supported by strategic partners at both the Maryland Historical Society and the Jewish Museum of Maryland. This fashion showcase will seamlessly connect the past, present and future of fashion in Maryland by featuring Stevenson University students, local Maryland designers, and various Maryland fashion vendors who will set up throughout the venue to display and sell their work. The event also highlights a runway show and live entertainment, including DJ Chris Kearns, and a documentary produced by Stitching Maryland Together filmmakers. Chardelle Moore, a multifaceted award-winning television anchor, international speaker, creative director, and model will host this exciting event. This showcase is designed to bring the fashion community together under one roof. Doors open at 6 pm and the show will begin at 7 pm.
