What message would you write to yourself two years ago? Student curators Rebecca Doyle and co-curator's Jalen Thomas and Teylah Saunders have designed a space in the Manning Academic Center Creative Lounge to help you answer that question. Over fifty photographs from Professors’ Christopher Metzger and Elena Volkova’s photography studios are featured.

In addition to the photographic works, there is an interactive component to this exhibition, a hanging sculpture. All visitors are invited to write a message and hang it up in the gallery space amongst the other messages. Your message becomes a part of a living art piece of shared memories and intentions in a physical embodiment of solidarity.

This exhibition opens on January 24, 2022 and runs through Dec 21, 2022 in the Manning Academic Center Creative Lounge, S232.

The opening reception is Wednesday, February 23 from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. At 5:00pm, the curators will discuss the works in the exhibition.
